What a joke I went to order , and needed to use the restroom and they wouldn't let me... rude
Ive never been one to write a bad review but i honestly had such an uncomfortable experience at this place. I have been going to... this dunkin for almost 4 years because i love that it is open 24 hours and the women who works at night is very polite! But theother night i went in to get icecream (it was a different woman then usual) and politely asked her to rinse the icecream scooperbecause i have a severe allergy to peanuts. She quickly came at me with an attitude and told me she rinses the scooper in thewater with all the other scoopers that are not clean?? she refused to rinse the scooper in the sink 1 foot behind her for me andin all honesty just made me feel very uncomfortable. Ive never in my life had anyone refuse to rinse a scooper for a customerwith a allergy. Read more
Lol I worked there for 6 years, it was the greatest time of my life. The bad reviews are always hilarious to read because people... have no idea what they?re talking about most of the time. ???????????? & some of them just outright make up stories lmao.Everybody always went above & beyond for customers over here including myself no matter the circumstances. Best Dunkin to get iced coffee they make it right every time with my order specifics! The staff are always friendly and move... quickly to get your order prepared and you on your way. Whether its a to-go or in store order there is always someone to giveyou a smile and make sure you have exactly what you need. I have seen the staff in this store go above and beyond to assistdisabled customers as they truly care about the neighborhood in which they serve. I love their Latte's in the colder months aswell! Location is great and it's a stand alone business. It is clean and the employees are friendly. My only critique is that they... need to change out the donuts more frequently. It's a hit or miss as sometimes the donuts are fresh made and other times theyare a bit hard. For the price of a dozen I don't think that is too harsh to ask. Read more
