It was 2 o?clock and I understand they close at 3 but working in the food industry you have to understand a few people will... definitely show up with at least an hour left. I worked in a deli for years, ppl came in 15 till closing. The girl about in herlate 20s finishes ringing up the lady in front of me then just starts talking with her friend right there at the register thenwalk off. The older gentleman said ?Diane I need you up here? and she just says out loud ?I don?t care?. I went to this store with my 2 years old and wife we both asked for an egg and cheese bagel two coffees and plain mini bagel for... the young one.she said eggs? Like no one orders them...she was just very annyed that we ordered egg sandwich at 2pm..it was 2o'clock so they pulled the coffee to the back already, while one lady was cooking the eggs she asked the other one to ring me up2 bagel with egg and cheese 2 medium coffee and minibagel ,It was $14 something Igave a $20 bill took my change ,lady finishedmaking the sandwiches put them on the tray and told me to take that to the table and come back for the coffee...I responded nothank you I'll wait I wanna enjoy them together, so she punished me by making me wait ,I asked for my receipt but she couldn'tproduce since they already ring up another customer after me ,she said the manager can do that ..I went to one of the tablesstarted eating with my wife ,my son didn't eat his minibagel ot was hard as rock, by the time we were almost done she came backwith a receipt and said I didn't give them enough money on the receipt it said bagel egg 4.50 then 1.50 for cheese $6 for singleegg and cheese bagel 2 ofthem $12 .. 0.90 cent for mini bagel and 2 coffee's she brought a ticket that said 19.65...she said youowe us $5 no problem the change they gave me was sitting on the table so I said i have you 20 you gave me this let me take 35cents and handed the rest to the lady...I immediately took a picture of the receipt and started writing a complaint on theirfranchise web site which they saw and didn't like that's when they started talking bullsgit in Spanish like they are the onlyones who speaks it, the older gentelman said look at these miserable dogs they come here making problem, after I told him youare not the only one who speaks Spanish they switched up making animal noises bunch of meow s and bunch of barkING sounds as wewere leaving they also said there they good barkbarkbark...they have definitely failed m Read more

Had to change my rating. Recently visited family again and ordered dozen bagels. Very different bagels than what I was used to... from this business. Bagels went from a soft, but meaty-chewy texture to what tasted like not so great bread. A hugedisappointment, especially after paying $26 for a dozen bagels and a small container of scallion cream cheese. Not sure whathas changed?Unfortunately cannot recommended anymore. Read more

I waiting 20 minutes on line for the grill. Once I was next it was like everyone shifted to help people on the bagel line. After... another 10 minutes, a very nice young lady asked if I was being helped. She then took my order. Once my sandwich was done, shetold me that there was 15 minute wait for egg everything bagel. Me and 6 other people waited. A total or 45 minutes for asandwich and a bagel. What a shame ???? Read more
