My husband catered the food for my birthday celebration on 10/22 in Lindenhurst and it was delicious. We want to thank Rich for... being honest with us on the amount of food. I was afraid of not having enough and he said you will have plenty and we did, wehad plenty of leftovers. Rich could?ve just let us order more, but instead he took care of his customer. By the way I wanted toorder his mini rolls and he said too much. He sent us home with some and garlic knots which were the best I?ve had. The deliveryperson was helpful and very nice too. There are times in life when we all change the way we eat something. Are you the kind of person who first eats the marshmallows... out of Lucky Charms? Or maybe you?ve ripped open Oreos and ate the filling first? Come on now admit it you know you?ve donethat. Well, when you enjoy something who cares about the order. I mention this because my favorite thing to order here is ameatball or chicken parmesan hero and eat it in reverse. Once it arrives piping out from delivery I?ll dig in with a fork. We heard great things about Amore's, but they didn't live up to the expectations we had set. This pizza is just too heavy on... dough and addons (like ricotta and vegetables) to be confused humanely in front of people. Some of the family suffered gastricblocks because of the amount of dough, some slightly undercooked. Always a very nice staff in the house, clearly a familybusiness which is fantastic to see. People are always coming in and out of Amore's all the time, we just won't be one of them. Read more
