Great food and excellent service..Enjoyed the atmosphere
Not a happy experience at all. We arrived and signed up to wait for table, ( apparently we couldn't reserve a table) . Told that... the wait was 45 mins. A table of eight was required. Today was my son in laws Birthday. He got up today 5 am for work andanticipated a lovely meal. We waited 1 hour and 30 mins. After which I had lost some patience went to the attendant who was veryrude. I suggested two tables. When seated our menus were threw on the table. This will be our last visit. Was a good night out for dinner. Appetizers were great, and the mains were good as well. The service was fast and friendly, and... the food came out fast. I would recommend this place to anyone. I have read some of the negative reviews on this place andeveryone can have a bad day here and there and I can tell some of the reviewers were not picking and probably wouldn't have beenhappy either way. This location is typically fairly busy, but they're staffed well, and you can usually get a seat if you pop in around... lunch. The staff is friendly overall, and we got what we ordered really quickly. It's defenitly very lively, lots on the go,but it's quiet enough to have a conversation. The food was pretty good, but it was under seasoned a little. About what you'dexpect from most fast food joints. Read more
If I could give it 0 stars I would! Worst experience ever. We called the restauraunt ahead of time after work to ensure it was... open because we had a 30 minute drive to get there. The lady on the phone said they closed at 8:30, we showed up just before 8.As soon as we walked in, the lady said they were not sitting anymore people, they had a very busy day and their seats were full.I then looked around and noticed a number of booths vacant. This was my 5 yr old daughter's 5th B-day and was very excited toeat at Jungle Jims. We ate there numerous times before and it was her favorite restauraunt. She was heart broken. I evenexplained that it was her bday, we had a long drive and called beforehand, but she insisted they are not sitting anyone else. Needless to say I will never eat at this restauraunt again! What can I say... jungle jims never disappoints! Love everything they have, including the kitchen sink. More Mexican choices... then I remembered, and no shortage of good food. Read more
Great food, service was good but they could probably do with a little more staff, atmosphere is especially good for a place like... bay roberts. Maybe in a bigger city with more choice it would be less than 5 stars, but out here I'd call it one of the best. Read more
