Grounds were covered in debree on the grass and in the water. We were overcharged for our pet, apparently that is a policy, the... room was not completely clean when we got it, there was food on the floor from previous clients, and rules about only using onedoor that was locked 24 hours a day. When spoke to desk, those were the rules. Will not be staying there again. Pay beforeyou stay here and no breakfast of any kind. Read more
The staff go above expectation. Received an upgrade for an extended stay. The room was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean,... beautiful view. Even with Covid restrictions and limited services available, the staff directed us to the perfect places toeat. Thank you Read more
Carpet wasn't put down on the side entrance and I literally fell out of the hotel as my foot caught up in the carpet. Other than... that the room was nice but the sheets had coffee stains on it, toilet was sanitized. Not even sure if they have a kitchen as nobreakfast was offered. Read more
Place was nice however very weird rules. 10 pm curfew for everyone. Crazy. And to call the Police because you are out with a... group have a chat and a laugh. Will never stay there again. Read more
Coziest place on the planet. The hotel is a sturdy brick building that is right out in the middle of a small peninsula. Even... with 60 km per hour winds, and a pretty steady rain we had a phenomenal business conference in the atrium of the Bay Robertshotel. This would be an ideal location for Christmas parties, office parties, mystery dinner theater, or a 2 to 30 peoplebusiness networking meeting. Such as #newfoundlandbni One improvement would be to perhaps post a schedule of taking events tomake it easier to set up. Right on the wall of the atrium would be a fine place. Read more
The reception and restaurant area is nice and seems to be recently renovated. However the hallway and room could use a little... work. Or maybe it was just the choice of colours. It was not very big, but seemed pretty clean. The view was amazing though. Read more

Restaurant wasn't open (would've been nice to know ahead of booking) ans so many redundant rules.
