This place has finally reached rock bottom. At 5:45 on a Wednesday I attempted to get in the dining room to order and eat . All... doors were locked with paper signs saying that the doors were ?broken?. Not one of them. All three of them. Inside are twoteenagers. One of them laying down across to chairs and the other one playing on her phone and ignoring me. it wasn?t until Ibanged on the window to find out what the story was. The teenager on the phone reluctantly broke away to simply tell me thatthere was no inside dining. Drive-through only. Maybe this operator can?t find staff to support in dining or maybe teenagersdidn?t want to wait on cleaning tables inside, so they just shut the doors. Who knows. The best thing that could happen toWendy?s is for them to shut down this restaurant and find a new operator . Read more
This location is VERY RUDE!! They were out of half the menu, so everytime I asked for something they would rudely say they were... out of whatever that sandwich had on it. lady gave me diet and when I told her she very rudely exclaimed " its not diet!!!"Then wouldnt take the cup back to throw it away. Ignored me for 5 min while I sat waiting to ask for ketchup and napkins thengave me 2 napkins and 4 ketchup for a large order! What a waist of my time and money! Read more
Long wait for an order of fries and they served me the bottom of the bag potato crumbs and pieces. Gross! I could not eat them.... The staff simply does not care at all if they serve food that?s garbage. Read more
The staff working 08/13/22 2pm was extremely rude and pushy, from the ordering at the intercom to the window where I received my... order. It's a shame to have a staff at this hour handle paying customers this way, some employees are not meant to deal withpeople and these employees should be evaluated and handled accordingly maybe a mop bucket and a broom might be a better fit. Unfortunately I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt and service is horrible. If you are having a good day don't... go here, between slamming the window on me multiple times and getting my order wrong. In short I was pulling away and had topull over, my kids both hugged me as I was about to cry from how mean and rude they were to me. Highly unforgettable actions. Atthis point it would be better to close the local until they can coach all association and managers on customer service and howto run a business appropriately. Read more
If you're prepared to wait 30 minutes at the drive through with your window open in the rain so you can hear them tell you to... order, have at it. When I asked how much longer I should expect to wait they were very rude and told me I dont know. Worstfastfood experience of my life. Read more
I waited in line for 30 minutes. They were doing one car at the time. I understand short staff but this is crazy the young lady... who took my order was amazing but 30 minutes to wait for food is crazy. Management really needs to get on their team becauseeven the young lady that took my order stated that they just had slow people on the line. Wendy's do better Read more
Ordered a Dave's classic double (large)and a classic chicken (large) meals and at the window I paid for the meals and was... shorted a large fries and drink. The girl at the window contested the order and said I only ordered a sandwich. I told herwhat I had ordered. She then proceeded to fill my request and charged me $5.01 extra for their mistake. There was no receipt forthe original order to contest what was ordered. Dave's double was messy and hamburger was dry. Overall I won't return anytimesoon. Read more
