Workers see you standing at counter. Don?t acknowledge you. Wait over 5 minutes to finally be told they are sold out of half of... menu items they advertise. Put a sign up or actually speak to the customers. Read more
Girl who took my order had an attitude, then when handing me my drink she purposely dropped it on the floor and said if I wanted... them to make another I would have to clean it up. Good coffee, friendly service, stores are always clean and staff is eager to please if an order mistake us made. Good... replication of drinks across stores. You get what you order, if you aren't happy they'll make another. Read more

I had bought a Venti Mocha latte the previous week so that I could get a free drink of my choice this weekend. I was in... Treasure Island Beach, and the Starbucks in Tyrone Square mall was closed. I found this one in a Target. Showed the barista myoffer, and neither of us could get it to work. I had ordered the same as the week before. In the end the guy made it for me, putit in a Venti cup (large). I thanked him and took it back to my timeshare. Opened it up, and it was half full. So I really gota tall (small). Don't get the hot chocolate. I've never had any hot chocolate anywhere taste so bad but they did refund my money.
