Workers see you standing at counter. Don?t acknowledge you. Wait over 5 minutes to finally be told they are sold out of half of... menu items they advertise. Put a sign up or actually speak to the customers. Read more
Girl who took my order had an attitude, then when handing me my drink she purposely dropped it on the floor and said if I wanted... them to make another I would have to clean it up. I asked to speak to the manager and they gave me corporates number saying theydon't have managers at Starbucks anymore. Read more
