Too much mustard. I like mustard, but there was so much mustard dripping off in clumps of lettus I couldn't taste the sandwich.... This was my first visit, so I don't know if this is normal. Maybe it was just the employee having a bit of fun?? Wish I couldgive a better review, but I'd have to be able to taste it first. Tea was good. Read more

This chain is pricey compared to others, but you get what you pay for. The bread and meats are always fresh. The wait can take... a tad long, but is always worth it. The giant Italian is amazing and any of the giant cheese steaks will rock your world. Oh,and always get it Mike's Way. You just don't mess with perfection. I live in Orlando but had a job in St Pete and when we finished we decided to go to Jersey mikes for lunch. We have them in... Orlando so we know they are good. Meal was good as always, but after we left I received a call from my office manager asking meif I had my wallet. Sure enough I didn't. Manager at jersey mikes found it and found my business cards and called my office. Wewere able to turn around and grab it before we headed all the way back to Orlando. Cant be more thankful for that. Manager metme at the door when we returned and even let us refill our drinks. I don't normally write reviews but I felt I needed too forthis one. Thanks Again! Read more
I was excited to finally find a Jersey Mike's down here because I missed eating at them up North. So I'm only rating a 4 because... of the food was good and fresh. When we entered the restaurant there was only one person in front of us. The employee was doinghis best to try and multitask between online and walk in customers. The line was continuing to grow and this one employee thenwent to get help after the line was maybe 6 customers deep as well as a pile of online orders. So my question is why did wewait 15-20 minutes to get our food when there was ay least 2 more people in the back? I tried my best to be patient because itwasn't the employees fault however I feel it's very inconvenient. You should have one person working on online orders andanother on instore orders. Just very disappointed in the wait. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean as well. Read more
This establishment is awful with first come first served. Working as a delivery driving employee, to come into this restaurant... for picking up an order that had placed before arrival, waiting in a line like every other customer, giving the name of theperson in which I'm picking up an order for and being told that the order will be done momentarily. After waiting around 5-6minutes, I approach again just to get an update on the order, to be told that they will be working on orders for the customerscoming in first, before working on an order that was already placed before I'd even arrived for the pick up. So in total, Iwaited at this restaurant for 20 minutes for an order that had been placed MORE THAN 20 minutes earlier. Unbelievable. Iunderstand that it does take time to make orders and also to do orders for customers in store, but there is no excuse thatcustomers that come into the store AFTER an order has been placed should come before and served BEFORE an order that had beenplaced LONG BEFORE them.
