I have been out of town for 5 months. We always buy subway sandwiches at the Walmart location. But today was absolutely... different. I had a coupon that comes in the mail for buy one footlong and get one free. I've used it there many times with noproblem. But this time she said we dont except these, we dont except many coupons. Then she said we have our own regulations.But they don't. I paid and I left. Finding out after I got home both our subs were crisp and burned. Tosted to the realm. Breadmeaning as I had them tosted. All I have to say is this subway has gone down hill and I won?t be back. It takes a lot for me to write a review but I was not... happy leaving there at all. For starters if a piece of your equipment is broken, you should tell the customer before hand. Theirbread toaster was broken and I was not told until my sandwiches were already being made. She then proceeded to microwave mysandwiches and at this point I was like whatever, stuff happens and I?m not just going to walk out after they?re already beingput together. I get to the counter with both of my sandwiches and it cost $22 for 2 foot longs. I understand food cost is goingup, therefore you have to charge more. I will not understand HOW you can feel ok charging someone $10 for a sandwich withnothing on it. Absolutely ridiculous and I will gladly make my own sandwiches at home. Read more
Their food is good but their customer service is horrible, or at least with my last experience! Online it states that they don't... close until 9pm on Wednesday, so I ordered online thinking there's plenty of time to get my order, but by 8:15 I had alreadyrecieved not 1 but 2 phone calls from them wanting to know, rudely, if I was going to pick my food up and by the time myhusband had gotten there , before 8:30 they were already closed , luckily a guy was at their gate n asked was it him that waspicking it up. My wife and I visited here using some of their monthly issued coupons. Probably wouldn't have stopped if not for coupons. Having... it fixed fresh our way, still wasn't satisfying. Better options. Read more
I wouldn?t recommend anyone to go here I worked there for one day The food they are giving the customers is old the pretzels are... old and the freezer where the food is stored is old and even has a old smell. They don?t even close the Bains down in the frontso flies are always everywhere I worked there a half of day and never went back. Rude employee. I came in around 8:30pm on my lunch break and got a salad . While waiting on the worker to take my order she was... engaged in a conversation with the people in front of me and while taking my order she rudely ignored what I said and yelled outher phone number to the same customers . So she then continued to fix my salad. Not asking what type of dressing I wanted sowhen she was ringing me up I asked for ranch dressing she mumbled and got this ? damn lady you?re worrying me? look her face .So I didn?t say anything I just looked at her. She handed me my bag and there wasn?t any condiments in there for my salad soagain I asked if I could have crackers and croutons , the began to make gestures like she?s totally over it and me and startedmumbling and shaking her head like she?s very annoyed .
