We chose this cafe because of many good reviews. The food looks bright, someone has struggled with creativity, but it tastes... nothing unusual. Delicious sauces were expected in the food, but everything was just unusually mixed and that's it. The pricesare very high, plus 30% are charged for the service. The place is small, at some point it smelled strongly of the kitchen. Thereare many places in Miami, I advise you to choose something better and tastier. The salad with avocado was bland, dessert withchocolate and strawberries in the form of sushi, it was impossible to eat, it was very sweet and the wrapper was very tasteless. Read more

I am dining in 1-2 new restaurants every week and honestly this one of the best experiences I had lately. Dishes presented in... absolutely beautiful way, so esthetic! And it is very delicious. Corn was amazing, sushi with strawberries and flamed sushi wassomething special. Service was great. Just everything was amazing! I definitely will be back to try more from the menu. Ohnearly forgot, passion fruit pavlova is out of this world. Read more

Shareable Fusion is their motto and they certainly live up to it. The variety of food choices and good reviews helped us choose... this spot for dinner tonight. Fusions of foods and creativity were at the heart of inspiration for this menu from what weobserved. The food we ordered was flavourful, unique and beautifully presented. The sushi we had was like nothing I’ve everseen with pink sushi paper. The sushi inspired dessert was packed with flavours and textures although it was overly sweet. Thebang bang sharing takitos we’re packed with flavours and amazing crunch from the wonton shell. The service was slow which I donot penalize for in my reviews as I know there is a labour shortage and it was our waitress’s 3rd day on the job. Regardless, she was very nice and professional. We will definitely be back to try other items on the menu especially the takitos! Read more

Since during the actual National Cheeseburger Day my tastebuds were otherwise occupied, I had to find a burger place pronto.... I've eaten at a lot of the ones near Full Moon Party beach; looking for a new spot, I ended up at Mestizo GastroFusion. It's acozy hole in the wall in Bal Harbour, and as someone else mentioned, with a decent amount of nearby street parking. The"fusion" in the name comes from the Japanese influences in the menu such as mochi ice cream and Kaarage fried chicken. I lookforward to trying that soon. It's a cozy spot that's great whether solo dining or a beach date. But back to my original purpose- their wagyu burger patty. I ordered it ketoish, with the bread on the side. I did sneak a few bites of the soft buttery rollthat will make the splat points at the gym tomorrow worth it. Juicy even at medium well, the burger itself is topped with sweetcaramelized onions and sundried tomatoes. Go ahead and indulge on the house cut fries that come with it. You can do like me andsub regular ketchup for their pink sauce. Their corn cheetas - basically sliced corn on the cob with crema - is another musthave, regardless of whatever main course you have. Desserts you ask? Well their milo jars with nuttela, milo, cream and eitherstrawberries or banana will satisfy your taste buds too. It's creamy, with real fruit and not overwhelmingly full of sugar. Theyalso serve black coffee in case you want balance. Read more
