Ordered a whataburger meal, hamburger, fries, drink. Got fries, drink, no burger. Went to counter, explained the burger was... missing from my order. The guy acted like he didn't understand. I explained again. He went in back talked to someone, came back,said he'd bring a burger out to my table. Waited. Worst drive thru I have EVER been through! It doesn?t deserve 1 star! After ordering 45 minutes later and still no food. RUDE... employees. Asked for my money back and I was told they would cancel the charge to my card and then wouldn?t provide me withproof they had done it. I will NEVER go to this place again. Went in fairly late to have a sit down mini date with my wife. the service was okay, felt a bit rushed but i get it, they get... swamped so no negative points there but there was an elderly gentlemen that looked to be Habitationally Challenged sitting inthe back making loud offensive remarks about the establishment and its employees because "They" (whataburger employees) wouldn'tgive him free coffee. So all in all whataburger handled things on point on their end but if you go mid to late night there is noguarantee on your dine-in experience. The 3 stars are for over all experience. Read more
Pulled up to the drive thru and the employee said "what do you want?". I responded with "I'm not sure yet, hold on please".... Employee response "let me know when you've got it together". I've never had a good experience here. It's slow and rudeconsistently. I've even had an employee try to give me $8 change in quarters. This place is horribly managed. Read more
