The cashier was extremely rude to my wife and didn?t even tell my wife that she didn?t grab the the 3 lbs of meat, and it stayed... at the store all night. I called the next morning to go get it and Alma the cashier lied to me saying she was gonna call themanager and call me back and also go check the meat department to see if it was there. She didn?t do any of the 3 things shesaid she was going to do, so I went to the store to ask what?s going on and why she didn?t call the manager, me, or check if mybag of meat was there after 45 mins! When I got there she then called the manager and he told her to go check if the meat wasthere, and YES IT WAS RIGHT THERE! The cashier Alma lied to me on the phone and never checked, so I told I her wanted to talk tothe manager even tho he was off today. He went to the store to meet me and I told him I was extremely displeased with being liedto. I got my meat that I PAID FOR and they never even offered even an I?M SORRY! They have great meat but TERRIBLE SERVICE,especially ALMA! She changed her tune when she actually LOOKED for my meat and found it, and the only thing the manager told mewas he was going to ?talk to her?! Vanessa was rude to my wife when she checked out the groceries, and Alma was even WORSE bylying on the phone and to my face.
