I ordered a burger, a fish sandwich, onion rings, and a large Dr.Pepper last night, for drive-thru pickup. When I arrived, the... drive-thru was really full of cars, so I went inside to the counter. My order was not immediately ready, but the friendly ladyat the counter offered me my Dr. Pepper, and told me that they were waiting on the dish to come out of the fryer. I got my orderin about 5 minutes, and the lady apologized for the wait. I was so hungry and it smelled so good, I ate the whole fish sandwichby the time I got back home! The Dr. Pepper was perfect, as was the fish and the burger. The only thing I would change is theonion rings, but they were fresh and hot too?but I wish B-K would upgrade their onion rings. However, this is a corporate menuitem, and does not reflect negatively on this store in Bay City. I certainly will be back!!! Good job!!! Read more
Hard buns,no flavor to the food,service was horrible.Waited at the drive thru for 7 minutes,no one responded,had to order at the... actual window,which took another 8 minutes..And to top it off,fold was less than room temperature.
