The service was good but our beers were not that cold and it took a really long time to get our food. We waited close to 20... minutes to receive our appetizers (nachos). Although they were great. 20 minutes for nachos is just to long. We ordered burgersand a wrap and they also took a long time to get and they weren't that busy. Read more

First we had to remind waitress to bring us the appetizer after 30 minutes waiting. Then we waited an hour for our food just for... them to get it wrong. Spoke with two managers and both could care less. Apparently this is an issue from top to bottom and itusually starts with management. Stop else where to eat before visiting Shulman's unless you want to spend your whole time atBilly's. Read more
Went out tonight with my family, took 20 Minutes to get drinks and a hour an half to get all of our food while people who... arrived after we did got their food in a timely manner. My chicken tasted weird so I stopped eating it, now at home sick. Theyweren?t all that busy, especially for a Friday night, there really is no excuse. Read more
