Walked in to get Take-out nervous about it with a dairy and egg allergy. I haven?t been to a chain restaurant in a while. As... soon as the allergy was mentioned it was taken so seriously and made sure to be attentive to everything from gloves to separatebags. Special thank you to AJ and the manager Caleb! I just left Wendy's on center ave in essexville. I ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 drinks. Paid just over $20. They... asked me to wait for fries and they'd bring it out. They forgot a sandwich. I went in and asked for it. They said theywould bring it out to car. After waiting another 10 minutes, I went in with all food to ask for a refund because all my foodwas cold now. My sandwich was sitting on the counter. No team members to be found. I found them smoking on the curb outsideopposite side of where they told me to wait. I was upset and told them I wanted a refund. The man working sighed and cameand told me that the manager would only refund me for the one sandwich they left on the counter. I said forget it and left myfood, drinks and all that I paid for and walked out. They were still out smoking when I left. I have a picture but I don'tknow how to upload it here. If someone at Wendy's wants to see their team sitting outside on the curb smoking, respond withemail and I'll send it to you. Read more
I love that I work 67 hours so I can give you my money and not get what I ordered. And then be ignored when I call to remedy the... situation!!! Thanks for a not so great visit to your over priced food. I won't waste my time again. Read more
$5 bag is great deal ????double cheese and bacon burger,4 pc nugget,fries,and a drink! And super nice staff. I asked how much... extra for lettuce tomato and onion and was told no extra charge! Wow now that's a first ever for me in a fast food chain whenexpecially now days everything is raising in price. Thank u Wendy's for the affordable, filling, fast,hot,fresh,have it my wayfood w/great service. First time there in Bay City and will definitely be going back!!???? Read more
Very well mannered person at order station. Chili was delicious with 4 pks of Chili seasonings. I finally learned how to order... a Dave's single, no ketchup, no mayo. A good burger. All in all a good dining experience. Read more
At the Bay City Michigan Wendy's on Euclid Avenue between North Union and Kiesel. Just wanted to let anyone know who was told... that the screen was down and she needed 5 to 10 minutes for it to work. She was lying. She was not at the window with the screenshe was in the dining area eating with another coworker. She expected us to wait. We didn't and pulled up to see her eating inthe dining room with her headset on. Truly horrible service! Read more
Actually the cleanest and friendliest Wendy?s I?ve ever visited. Staff was quick with the service and the bathrooms were clean... as well. This is a Wendy?s Jim Cornette would be proud of going to; hopefully someone else knows what I?m talking about. The entire order was cold and hard. Nothing was edible and was missing a kids toy. Paid 50$ for a cold stale order. Never... ordering again. Peppermint shake tastes like toothpaste food was cold. Like everything it was cold. Edit: The peppermint shakewas frothy and tasted like soup. Read more
