Walked in to get Take-out nervous about it with a dairy and egg allergy. I haven?t been to a chain restaurant in a while. As... soon as the allergy was mentioned it was taken so seriously and made sure to be attentive to everything from gloves to separatebags. Special thank you to AJ and the manager Caleb! I just left Wendy's on center ave in essexville. I ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 drinks. Paid just over $20. They... asked me to wait for fries and they'd bring it out. They forgot a sandwich. I went in and asked for it. They said theywould bring it out to car. After waiting another 10 minutes, I went in with all food to ask for a refund because all my foodwas cold now. My sandwich was sitting on the counter. No team members to be found. I found them smoking on the curb outsideopposite side of where they told me to wait. I was upset and told them I wanted a refund. The man working sighed and cameand told me that the manager would only refund me for the one sandwich they left on the counter. I said forget it and left myfood, drinks and all that I paid for and walked out. They were still out smoking when I left. I have a picture but I don'tknow how to upload it here. $5 bag is great deal ????double cheese and bacon burger,4 pc nugget,fries,and a drink! And super nice staff. I asked how much... extra for lettuce tomato and onion and was told no extra charge! Wow now that's a first ever for me in a fast food chain whenexpecially now days everything is raising in price.
