The breakfast is sooooo good. The coffee is delicious. The servers are always so sweet I went to this place 3 weeks in a row... because I wanted to try different things. I have not been disappointed once. Read more

Heard so many wonderful things about this place had to try it out. Got the early bird special - 2 eggs, potatoes, meat and... toast for $6. Meat and potatoes were cold, eggs were runny, both the scrambled and the cooked medium but at least they werewarmer than the potatoes. Just didn't taste good when not cooked correctly. When you put butter on the potatoes and it doesn'tmelt that shows you they're pretty cold. Also they were not fresh, tasted like leftovers from a day ago. My toast was ok, mycompanions toast was burnt. The third person in our party got pancakes. About the only thing that was hot on all the plates.Ended up taking most of the 2 breakfasts home to the dog. She doesn't care if it's cold or not. Lol. Definitely won't bereturning. And it wasn't due to lack of workers or being extremely busy. There were plenty of open seats available and at least3 waitresses. Read more

Awesome food! Went for brunch today and was very satisfied. Uptown Grill has a good selection on their menu and very inviting... atmosphere. Indoor dining consisted of table and booth seating as well as a bar. Patio seating available during the summer.Located along the Saginaw river makes for a enjoyable afternoon walk. Read more

3/8/22 The food was delicious! The server Kerri was very nice. The place was clean, and looked modern. I?m not sure if it was... recently built or remodeled but I don?t see many businesses out there where the owner(s) maintain it or reinvest into thebusiness to keep it up to date. I wish more owners did the same. One suggestion I have is to create a QR code that will be onevery table and once scanned it?ll send you to the digital menu. BONUS POINTS if you include pictures of ALL the food on themenu. I will come here again in the near future. 4/3/22 Smoked brisket hash & Banana pancakes Read more

On the way up to Traverse City, hungry, we missed the exit to eat at a different place, so found ourselves here instead. A... very fortuitous mistake, I think! Highly recommend the Lobster & Brie omelet, Banana Bread French Toast and chocolate chipcake! Mexican omelet was good, but I wouldn't order the avocado toast again. (There were 4 of us dining). ;) Read more

I will start off by saying that this is a nice place and usually the food here is pretty good. However, the service I received... this Sunday was ridiculous. We waited well over forty minutes watching multiple people who came in after us get seated beforeus. I brought up my frustration to my server and she said she wasn?t sure why but that she would check. She never did. Mypartner and I were brought out dirty coffee cups twice with lipstick being on one of them. I had to ask four separate times toget a clean coffee cup, each time there was some kind of excuse as to why the cups are dirty. Then the food comes out and one ofour plates had dried syrup on it, meanwhile the item ordered was an omelet. The food was luke warm and in total we waited almosttwo hours, very disappointing. Save your money and your time and eat somewhere else. Read more

Went here 2 days in a row whole on vacation because of how good the food and service was. The lobster and brie omelette was... amazing especially with a side of sourdough toast ????. Second day had the Italian sandwich and my wife had, what she called, the best Cobb salad she's ever had. The service was amazing and it was great to see the owner out on the floor doing whateverneeded to be done. You can tell they care about the people and the quality. Read more

I was pleasantly surprised by the super tasty and fresh brunch we had. There was a bit of a wait on a Sunday morning, but not... too bad and definitely worth it. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and things are flavored well. Best part is thatthey have gluten free pancakes and french toast! Read more
