Paid for Cold Stone $4.65 and then they were out of my ice cream and said they corkscrew refund me b/c a Mgr want avaiable. I... only like 1 flavor so didn't want anything else. I didn't get a refund and they said to come back for that ice cream anothertime. Well I don't even live anywhere near this store. In fact, I live 1.5 hours away. So, I'm just out the money. First time trying this place out. We don't have Tim Hortons on the West Coast. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Explained their... drink choices and their rewards system. Got drinks and free donut holes. Enjoyed the experience and we'll be back, next timewe're in Michigan. Read more
I had a review on here of a 4 star but because of a lady named Katrina i am taking back everything i said before! She is... amaziiinnggg!!!!!! I come here every day before i head to work and even on my off days sometimes , she makes my whole experienceworth it. I pull up to the window and shes always super sweet to me and she knows i love a Dome lid on my coffee just warms myheart. Even if someone else is taking my order/Mobile order she will place a dome lid in for me!! Well I placed my order(2 love its and a child size) over 20 minutes ago and have only gotten one love it and one child size. In... total it took just over 25 minutes of sitting in the lobby till I got my ice cream. Definitely not coming back to thislocation. Read more
I just went through the drive thru and ordered a ten pack of blueberry timbits, but I just got a random assortment instead and... half of them aren't even glazed. Such friendly employees and yummy, fresh products. The honey cruller donuts are the best! They're also very conscious about... people who have allergies which is very nice. Go here couple times a week. The biggest complaint I have is the customer service. Coffee is good. The girls that are in the... drive through are rude as heck, one of them rushes you when you order, and one girl(very thin, brunette hair, always up in abun) is the RUDEST!
