Got home and had to go back to Taco Bell because order wasn't there! Please, check your order before you leave. However, the... employee saw the problem and reinstated the correct order. Ordered 3 items off $2 menu. Well over ten minutes waiting from beginning to end. Order wrong again. Got a $2 item and a $1... item. Similar, but incorrect. Told the manager this isn't the first time my order has been wrong and waiting in line is a lotlonger than it should ever be, and I wouldn't be coming back. Said that's ok and promptly hung up on me. They have been SUPER SLOW lately, expect to spend 20-30 minutes in the drive-thru. They don't always have the lobby open so I'm... sure they are short staffed. And make sure you double check your order before you drive away because they get it wrong often.They are definitely struggling. Read more
