I had a 30 minute wait and the person who made my sub was very rude and slow. When I got to checkout I had a meal that was... supposed to come with 2 cookies (which it states on the subway website) and they only gave me 1 and they argued with me. The people that work here are so rude and lazy. Anywhere I?ve ever worked I would have been fired on the spot for talking to a... customer the way they do. Don?t waste your time here go to Euclid. Kim is the literal worst at her job. Rushing to do absolutely nothing, can barely think. Refused to make more ranch and has an... attitude about everything. My 9 year old son was trying to be independent and order his own and she rushed him and rudely toldhim to speak up when he is very loud and clear. Made all of our three sandwiches and wrap with barely any sauce or cheese ormeat. So she doesn?t have to replenish them. I personally think since this has happened the last three times I?ve came there sheshould not be there anymore. I wish I could rate them less than one star. They are routinely out of bread. The employees are very rude. They get angry if you... ask for more veggies than what they give you. Its usually dirty. And today my bread wasnt even baked It was completely rawdough. Even after toasting it twice. I've complained before and no one cares. I WILL NEVER eat here again. Read more
Don't bother trying to get a job here. The hiring manager will tell you to come in for an interview and then leave 15 minutes... before your interview is scheduled with no common courtesy to even inform you that you aren't having an interview. And when youcall back the next day she tells you they aren't even hiring. The hiring manager is a disgrace to what a manager should be. Thefood isn't all that great either. And the employees act like you're putting them out for asking to prepare your meal to yourliking. It's ridiculous .I don't know how they are still in business.
