The wait time is literally outrageous. No fast food restaurant should make you wait this long. Figure it out, hire more staff... or fix the processes within the store. McDonald?s for the most part runs better than this. Read more
If I could give no stars I would, we stopped and the line was rather large but that didn?t bother me because all Starbucks have... lines. I ordered pikes peak coffee and iced black tea 1/2 lemon aide easy drinks. Black coffee came out quickly but thenwaited over 25 minutes until I canceled my other drink. Inefficient, you go inside and there are 6 baristas and only 3 cars in drive through, yet my mobile order took 25 minutes.... Baristas are just chatting. We finally get our order and the espresso is missing... There were only two things in the order. Read more
I love this place. I come here like, every day. Sometimes there is a wait, and that's okay! They make all of their own drinks... and quality comes with time. A person named Alex is very kind and friendly all of the time - they are amazing at their job.Everyone there really deserves more tips. I'm never disappointed when I go there. Every single worker represents Starbucks well,and I make sure to tip most of the time. Workers are always smiling and kind even while working with 50 cars in line. I madlyrespect everyone here! Line is always too long it takes an hour to get to the front of the line. Should it take this long of you only want a coffee?... Sure the lines was wrapped around the whole building and almost back on the road when we pulled in but should it take an hour?That is why the only time I go there is when I get gift cards because their coffee is to die for and I love it but I do not liketo wait. Starbucks grows on you. I held out for years and worked into it gradually. I came once a year for a long time but the coffee is... really great. I'm still stuck on Pike's Place and have yet to branch out. I just got the app and love using it. I have my"favorite" saved. Read more
Nice Starbucks. Big seating area, lots of staff working but it took a long time for my drink. It definitely seemed like they... were mixing drinks 3-1 for drive thru vs the people in store. Ordered a sandwich and a black coffee and tea. Gave us our sandwich right away and, somehow, forgot about the coffee and tea. A... good ~15 min later told me they don't have any black coffee so they gave me an espresso instead. At least the playlist was sweetand the bathrooms were nice - good times! Read more
