Managed to forget make half of my order, even after I called to ask to see if it was ready as the site wasn't updating. I walk... in and all of the employees but one were gossiping and obviously not able to pay attention to their job or customers. When Imentioned I was missing half of my food, they acted like I was annoying them and putting them out, after I called to verify itwas ready. The next day the owner calls me and says he obviously cares about customer service but couldn't even apologize andinstead acted like what I said was incorrect. Absolutely absurd customer service. We had paid for smashed avocado which was an up charge and it wasn?t on our subs. They sent a driver out with a side of... smashed avocados after they closed to our door free of charge. Definitely will come back. Read more
I?ve always enjoyed my food, and especially appreciate that lettuce wraps are offered. I?m giving 4 stars though because to my... knowledge they stopped carrying sprouts. I used to eat here several times weekly just for the sprouts. So delish. Pleaseconsider bringing them back ! Read more
