My experience today...Well I placed my order(2 love its and a child size) over 20 minutes ago and have only gotten one love it... and one child size. In total it took just over 25 minutes of sitting in the lobby till I got my ice cream. Definitely notcoming back to this location. Read more

We came to get ice cream and the lobby was closed. We went through the drive thru and they told us we could only order 2 not 3.... We ordered birthday cake remix and instead of cake batter Ice cream they used peanut butter. What a disappointment. Read more

One small bowl of ice cream was $13.31! It was tasty, but we got way overcharged. Looks like they charged us as if we got 3... bowls of ice cream when in reality it was just one. Ouch! Young gal was nice but had problems using cash register. It also sadlydidn't click that she way overcharged. If this was remotely correct, we should have had enough ice cream to fill 3 bowls. This place was so slow and everything was so dirty!!! They didn?t clean the table they made all 4 of our icecreams on, and even... for the next people in line. They also said they put our medium size icecream in a small cup How does that even work? anyways,Never coming back lol. Read more
