My app came out with cold cheese. I was a bit upset, manager by the name of Kristin fixed the situation. Was very polite. Adored... my serve, by the name of Janessa. Multiple missing items from our order. The wings we did receive were mislabeled and one of em wasn't even a sauce we ordered.... Wasn't going to drive all the way back across town so we just made do with what we got. Don't make the same mistake I made,double check your order before you leave. Update: So I only posted this review after calling the restaurant once we realizedthe mistake. We were told that we'll be refunded for the missing items and that it could take 24-48 hours to show. 72 hourslater with no refund is when I posted this. Within minutes the general manager reached out to us to do what it takes to makethings right. Not only did we get refunded for the missing items, but she refunded us for the entire order. I had a great time with my hubby for our lunch date, but I still have to give it 3 stars. Our waitress and everyone was very... nice to us I will of course definitely go back again the only reason why I had to give it three stars was because my wings andonly a couple of them were not fully cooked. I was in this evening on 10/29, about 7:30pm. I just had to leave a review, because I am appalled at what I overheard at the... service station. I heard one server, a bigger girl screaming at the top of her lungs at another server calling her a “B”word & how she was “pregnant” so shes not entitled to get ice or do certain things and the other server “better shut upand go do her job”. No one wants to hear that while eating their dinner nor do my kids. I’m not sure what was going on, butthat server should be ashamed of herself for how unprofessional she decided to be during a dinner rush and in front of the wholerestaurant at that.
