Okay Baskin Robbins is my all time favorite place to get ice cream! I only get my favorite "Chocolate Chip"- so delicious!
They?re the best here! Always quick even when busy and when I went in craving something peanut butter they were out of the... choc/peanut butter ice cream. The girl figured it out for me by putting some (i think she said) hot peanut butter in it insteadand it was amazing. I think her name was Shea. Love coming here :) Read more
This is one of my go-to ice cream parlors in town! Not only do they have a large amount of flavors to chose from, but they have... all allergens posted with them as well. The worker even kindly washed the scoop for me when i asked her to do so, in order toprevent cross contamination from gluten! The scoops aren't skimpy and the ice cream is smooth and flavorful. Went in store and ordered a Birthday cake ice cream cake a week early. Went to pick it up and they didn't decorated the cake as... instructed no did the call me with any questions. The two girls there said they were not cake decorators but one girl tried tofix it. The other girl rang up the sale and gave me the total. She watched me write out the check and when done I handed it toher and she took it. Then told me that they don't take checks. Like really!! You just stood there and watched me write it outand there is no signage what so ever around the cash register or on or around the entrance door that they don't take checks!! Iwas lucky that I had enough cash to pay for it otherwise I would have had to leave it there. Poor, poor way to run a businessand treat customers. Not going back! Read more

I took my daughter here tonight for ice cream. We ordered waffle cones, with two scoops each. My daughter stayed in the truck... with our dog. The girl working smooshed the ice cream into my cone so hard she cracked the cone. After paying almost $12 for ourcones and tipping the girls, I grabbed our cones and headed for the door. I went to take a small bite of mine only to have theentire top half of my cone, with both scoops of ice cream fall to the floor (she cracked the entire top of my waffle cone offfrom the bottom half). I tried to catch it and ended up spilling both cones onto the floor. I got napkins and cleaned up themess and got behind the next person in line. I reordered the exact same thing and they charged me again for the cones. I'm notinterested in dumping $24 on two ice cream cones every time I walk into this place because of an employee's error.
