Ordered new MarketFresh Buffalo wrap. It was very good. But they could have been more generous with the Blue Cheese. Bathroom... was clean, as was the dining room, but not spotless. Service was good, with some customers experiencing moderate wait times. Themusic, however, while acceptable, was at a volume so loud as to be obnoxious and make conversation difficult. In the bathroom,the music volume was, of course, worse (nearly painful), due to the acoustic properties. Edit: great job adjusting that volume.Greatly improved dining experience. Read more
Great food but wish they would have served fresh fries. Ours were cold and hard. Other than that the food and service was... excellent! Have never gotten my order wrong, and my only complaint is the often cold fries, but the last time I was there theywere fresh, so I?ll update again next time I go. Read more

Good and bad. Had a bad experience a while back with the store manager who was quite rude. I was contacted by corporate and told... they would do something for me which they never did. Today I ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches with Arby's sauce. I get back towork and no sauce in the bag. This is not a difficult thing to do. Moral of the story, if you use the drive through always checkyour order before you pull away. Addendum: I noticed the size of their chicken nuggets seem to be getting smaller with everyorder. I wonder, does management specifically teach their employees not to say thank you? The store manager is very rude andunprofessional. Update: consistently bad service. This time a young man with brightly dyed red hair and blue fingernail polishworked the drive through window. I find this offensive and extremely unprofessional. Read more
