When we first started to go here it was a good place to get a sandwich now all I can say is stay away. Employees are rude and... don?t know what they are doing. They Dont even know what a deluxe sandwich is. Would not recommend even using this subway fordog food. They didn?t even bother to refill any of the meats or cheese all they did was stand around and talk. Read more
This subway is always friendly and efficient. 2nd time popping by her on my way to Tennessee and no complaints.
Four workers. Crummy attitude. Talking to each other as the customer line got longer.
First time I eat at this subway the meatballs were dark and funny. Second time the bread was raw and chewy. Third time today the... vegetables tasted like they were not washed. Maybe they are freezing stuff. Read more
Stopped in my favorite Subway at approximately 4.15 pm on 12-10-21. Heavy set young lady with numerous tattoos, made my... rotisserie protein bowl. Only put 1 scoop in the bowl when everyone else puts 2. She was visibly irritated by me choosingveggies and again for dressing. Tried to charge me full price for half the meat. Thank God for other petite young lady. Shepolitely corrected the mistake and made it right. Thank you to her. Then while paying instead of walking out like I should haveI hand her my card she returns it by setting it on counter. Just terrible. Finally she did not take off gloves and wash herhands and put new ones on.Just one person this one incident ruined calling this my favorite subway stop. Twice a week. Im atruck driver. If I could give zero stars I would!!! Discrimination at its best at this place!!! I was just at the loves in Baxter,... specifically at the subway trying to purchase two foot-long sandwiches with an additional side of grilled chicken and thegeneral manager refused to sell me two pieces of grilled chicken for my dog, I was surprised as they have never ever denied myrequest in the past, he made such a huge deal about it, like it was an act of Congress to ring up a side of chicken!!! Bless hisheart! What kind of manager does that??? I will never stop at that subway again, if they don?t wanna serve my dog they?re notgetting my business either! ***Edited - Three months later, the Subway at Luvs has REDEEMED themselves, I decided to give themanother chance because I really didn?t want to drive to Cookeville for Subway and it is the season for forgiveness! Uponentering I was greeted with a smile from an eager to serve employee which made me hopeful that I could return to patronizingthis particular location but I had to be sure so before placing my order I asked if they could sell just chicken on the side,after explaining why I was asking the entire team was empathetic and understanding, they showed first class customer service,all of them apologized for that experience, this team not only sold me chicken for my dog, but went above and beyond bydiscounting my entire purchase. I wish I had gotten their names but that?s ok because now that they?ve redeemed themselves, I?llno longer have to drive to Cookeville for Subway so they?ll be seeing me often! Read more
