I have ordered pizza from this pizza hut many times and the drivers are always friendly. The reason why I am giving a two star... is because of the fries. My two autistic sons will only eat the fries there which is the reason I would order fries at a pizzaplace. Not only have the fries went up to $4 dollars for each order there but they have barely put any in the boxes and for thatprice it should be at least a large fry in each box. When I use to order them they would put both orders in one container and mykids barely got anything. I started calling and asking for two different boxes so they would put the correct amount. Tonight weget our order and there might be a medium order in the box. After paying $8 for barely anything I will not be going back to themand I have been a customer for quite some time. I had purchased a large pizza, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks recently and they were absolutely astonishing.
don't ever place your order within an hour of them closing because on two different occasions online I place an order that said... it went through told me a time to pick it up showed it was getting prepared and showed it was getting out for delivery and thennothing store clothes no one to call no replies. My order had sat outside the oven for idk how long. The crew was overwhelmed and I waited 45 min at the store for my carry out... order. That's after my estimated time it'd be ready. Phones ringing off the hook. No one answering them. They only got moreracks to sit more pizzas on as they came out of the oven. I wasn't offered any discounts or a remake. My pizza was not as ordered. I ordered a pizza with 3 toppings 1 of which was mushrooms. When I got home there was no mushrooms... on the pizza and I called the store and they told me oh we ran out of mushrooms. And no one called me to let me know.
