The drive thru took forever. The lady in front of my husband and I, literally got out of the driver's seat and walked inside to... see what was taking so long. Had ordered 2 drinks and a small fry got to the 1st window an placed my order because the guy taking my order over the intercom... couldn't get it straight then pulled to the 2nd window was given 1 of my drinks an cold fry's told to go to 3 window and waitfor 2nd drink waited 10 min an as I started in the girl comes out saying I'm sorry 45 min later I'm leaving fast food what ajoke Read more
Way backed up. Waited forever then was pulled fr9m window to wait longer. Then was brought wrong food. When the right food was... brought, sauce for nuggets was left out. So I had to go in and I waited 10 minutes at the counter before I got someone to get mysauce. Awful experience. Read more
2nd McDonald's stop on my long weekend to Tennessee. This one had super-fast service - went inside and took less than a minute... to get my food after ordering. The coke was the best tasting again, and the food was exactly as ordered. Thanks. Read more
Your manager (Brendon or Brandon) cussed out the poor girl on the register in front of everyone because she tried to find... someone to give them their food but no one responded or came up and got it and then had the nerve to complain because theyweren't paying attention. That is entirely unprofessional and if this is the kind of people in charge of your establishmentsthen I feel bad for your poor employees. Read more
There service is awful I know there for awhile they didn't have very many employees. But now they do but all of them when there... talking to you just have a blank face & have no customer service! If they would just atleast try to say "Have a good day".Before throwing your drinks & food at you and literally slamming the window in your face! They are listed as open 24hrs so when my son and I are traveling and driving late and he gets excited about stopping at... McDonald's for a happy meal at 1045 its extremely disappointing to get there just to be told they are closed. My 4 yr old didn'ttake it so well after being on the road late and heald out on stopping anywhere else until we got to the exit that thisMcDonald's is on. Read more
