Awesome patio space, dog friendly, great staff and a good variety of beers on tap. Also, had 1919 root beer for the kids. Stop... on Battle Lake for an awesome afternoon of beverages and fun. Read more

Pizza and service was great! Have some really cool decor! Not much to choose from for souvenir's and none of the shirts for... sale had prices. Tried both IPA's and the blonde beer, all 3 were ok Read more

Went here with the family during CoVid so cant comment on service as it was all through windows - normal, no big deal. However... we did get beers and we did get pizzas. We will start with the food which was pretty good. Pizzas are a bit expensive e for whatyou get considering that as with traditional italian style the crust is ridiculously disproportionate from the pizza. Howeverthe toppings were good and the balsamic on the veggie was amazing. They should offer a cup of dipping sauce for the crust for anextra buck and that would have made them more money and me happier. We had the Veggie, Garlic Cheese, pepperoni and sausage,Pepperoni and the special which was a play on Tiki Masala. When ordering, we were told it was a "Chicken Marsala" pizza whichdefinitely cause some confusion but the curry sauce was light and good and overall good pizzas. The beer: we had a flight andtried the Triple A IPA, the Session, the Cream Ale and the Summer Grapefruit one... not one was especially good although thecream ale with blueberry notes was the best of all. The session was more a Saison than anything and we felt the IPA was rough -too heavy on the start and smooth finish with not a very good aftertaste on the palette. At the end I tried a snifter of thePorter which turned out to be the best beer of all of them, but is not sweet as a porter should be and drinks more like a stoutwith notes of coffee. At the end, it turned out that there was a billing issue whereas 2 pizzas and an extra beer got addedonto my tab. Apparently the owners name is also Justin, and he had told a different client to put their food and drinks on histab... which then they put onto mine. Understandable mistake and they took care of it so not a deal breaker - just a bitfrustrating. Overall okay experience, good food, mediocre beers. Would go again maybe, depends on if changes made to both thebeers and the sauce/pizza issue. Read more

I originally reviewed this restaurant a month ago, and now it's gone completely in the gutter. Beer on tap has become extremely... strange and all fruit-based. Ordered a pizza, and a month ago it was the best pizza I ever had, and today it was the worst. Please see the photo. The crust was RAW today and didn't fill up the pan. So terribly disappointed and definitely won't be backgiven these truly horrible changes. Read more

When my family rolled into town from a long day on the road we weren't sure where to go to eat. All we knew was that we wanted... to eat quickly. We were told ABC Brewing was able to prepare pizza quickly, But I had no idea how quickly! I think we spent moretime debating what kind of pizza to get then driving down to pick it up. The estimate was 20 minutes, we were there in 10. Itwas ready before we arrived. Of course, since there was an amazing selection of local brews, we were obligated to sit and sip apint before we could go anywhere. There was a flip card deck at every table that told the stories behind each individual beer.It was a lot of fun to read all of the local lore while we were enjoying the flavors that had inspired them. The pizza wasabsolutely spectacular. When I first opened the box, I wondered if it was going to be enough, but then I found out how veryfilling the pizza was. There was plenty of cheese and generous toppings. Everything was flavored to perfection, and the crustwas absolutely flawless. Read more

If you like pizza and craft beer, this is a great spot. They have bocce ball, cornhole, and ladder ball outside along with some... nice patio seating. Plenty of room inside too if the weather isn?t nice. Pizza is $15-$20. Read more

The Battle Lake location has far more convenient hours than the Ashby location. They have some great pieces of history here too,... old sleds, lots of old pictures of historic breweries in the area... they only had a few beers on tap, but everything wasavailable in a can, or to go. Prices were reasonable, $5 for a pint, $14 for 4 pack to go. It seemed like the bartender neweveryone in there on my visit. Read more
