The service was horrible even at 2pm. Another customer had to find our server to get help. Did I say it was a slow with only a... hand full of customers. My banzai burger was cold and dry. Ordered an hour early to make sure I could get the kids fed before bedtime. Supposed to be ready at 7. 7:30 rolls around and... finally get food. What I didn't get was a sorry it was late or anything resembling that. I get sometimes you're busy but whenit's ordered ahead and a half hour late is expect at least a "sorry about the wait". Awesome gourmet specialty BBQ brisket burger, steak fries, bacon cheese fondue dip, a 10 inch flatbread meaty pizza with... veggies, and an incredible pineapple upside down cake shake that tasted just like the cake desert with caramel on top! Greatcustomer service as well. Read more

We have been to this location a handful of times, and had both good and bad experiences, the food is usually consistent, but... server experiences vary widely. Recently we had Joey as our server and he was fantastic. He checked on us periodically, asked ifwe wanted refills, boxes, extra fries- he definitely provided the level of service you expect when coming to a chain restaurant. Read more

My curbside order burger was burnt to a crisp. I ordered the haystack double and a avo Cabo Salad for my wife. It smelled burnt... when I received the order and brought it into my car. When I got home I opened the burger and it was completely burnt,charcoaled. I was really hungry so I tried to take a few bites and it was not edible, had to throw it away. I love Red Robin very much! And it seems kids love it to! My little brother had a ?kindergarten graduation? the other day, and... he got to pick a restaurant to go celebrate in, he was stuck between McDonald?s and Red Robin, but my mom told him they hadbigger shakes (I can confirm) and he went with it! The burgers and fries were VERY tasty when we got our *ADULT SIZE* shakesthey were much better than McDonald?s, and bigger! My brother was very pleased and most of his classmates where there to! Tried the burning love burger with grilled chicken. The burger gourmet burgers was juicy and it tasted good. The steak fries... were crispy and fresh. The service was okay, there was no napkin on the table which made it difficult to eat juicy burger andavoid spillage. It was hard to get waitresses attention to ask for things that wasn't brought up.
