I'm a local guide and do not leave a negative review lightly. I tried to order online, but their system was down. I tried... calling, got the automated system, asked for a person and got a person not in this store. She couldn't help me order a special,so sent me to the store which was a different automated system. In no reasonable world should it take longer to order a pizzathan it does to make a pizza. Let's start off with I have never felt compelled to leave a negative review for a business or product.....until now. The process... start to finish was terrible. Called and waited on hold for 15 minutes before driving down to place an order. I asked for the$12.99 special, and was charged $17.99. It took 10 minutes to explain to the cashier that I wanted 1 pizza with differenttopping on each half. Asked for red peppers and parmesan cheese on the way out and of corse they charge. As you can see it lookslike I either went to a soup kitchen or they dropped it on the ground or something. Read more
I ordered 60 plus food for my son's birthday. They were really rude when I picked up my order. Pluse on top of that they did... not give me my dipped sauces that I payed for and the 2 liter. My boyfriend picked it up not know everything I ordered. Butthey know what I ordered and payed for. Read more
We?ve ordered here for some time but last order we did received their ?meatazz? pizza with no meat ????!! I called in and was... told I could come back and get another but I asked if I could get a refund instead the young woman said she would mail out agift card for the amount of the pizza but never received anything and the pizzas were not that good which is sad they used to begood. Not sure what has happened at this location, but this is the third time I've received items that look like this from this... specific Domino's location. The first time I assumed it was a one off, because we're usually very satisfied with what we order,but after giving them a chance a few more times--this seems to be their new norm. Really disappointing. Clearly some trainingneeds to happen, because there's no longer consistency in the quality of their food. Who puts these items in the box and thinks"yeah, that looks good", and sends it to the customer? Pizza that's mostly crust with all the sauce and toppings in middle,cheese dip that's cheese a globby greasy mess, and the bread twists....well, just look at them. C'mon. Read more
Just order pizzas and one came a mess, sauce all over. Called in to report and pizza insurance like Domino's promise, and was... told nothing could be done that's how the pizza comes. Battle Ground Domino's is always fast with service, and orders arealways correct. 5 stars Read more
