Very disappointed. Burgers were slightly warm and the cheese was dried when received. Also, wasteful with food. They made a... mistake in my colleague?s order. Ordered extra cheese. Repeated it about 6 times because the drive thru gal didn't understand. Drove up and confirmed order. No... extra cheese but extra pickles. No big deal, fixed before we got the order. Read more

Like most people have stated in their reviews, this is with out question the worst fast food (or otherwise) experience that I... have ever had. We have given this location a good 4 or 5 tries since they opened. Literally 100% of the time our order getsmessed up. They are very disorganized. When they first opened they had both ordering boards open. When that was available theywould ask for your receipt when you got to the 2nd window. I have never experienced that at a fast food place. It's not a bigdeal and we gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was to make sure they got our order correct. That being said, itwas still wrong each time. They have since closed down the 2nd board. With the exception of one time when a friendly worker wason the drive thru, the staff are disinterested at best or completely rude. Also, everytime, without exaggeration, the wait inthe drive through has been the longest I've ever experienced. There was even one time I sat at the ordering board for about 30minutes before someone even acknowledged I was there. I couldn't leave because there were cars behind me. Then when we get ourfood it is almost always cold and, as stated before, wrong. This location is hands down the worst experience(s) I have ever had.We have given up and will never be going back. In fact, it's become a bit of an inside joke. Sometimes when we drive by we'lllook at each other and say, "We should go get some BK." Which of course is met with laughter. I'm not saying that to be petty,it just shows how terrible this place is. I mean look at the other reviews on here. There are more 1 star reviews than any otherrating. This has made us sad because the BK classic chicken is one of the best. I guess we'll be driving down to Vancouver if wewant BK. I recommend to everyone to skip this place at all costs. Read more

We usually order ahead and pick up inside. They seem to have issues with the drive through especially in the evening however... order ahead and pick up in store has usually been easy and the food good. Read more
The rate of service definitely needs improvement. Took almost 20mins for only three items, with only one other person in ... line. The food was almost cold and the nuggets were clearly sitting in the heat shoot for longer than allotted time. As well asnot following proper allergy procedures, which in turn ended the day with having a allergy attack. Team members were rude andover swiped my card and I ended up paying for the car behind me which they than refused to do a refund stated that it was notpossible. Read more
IDK what the fuss is about. Everything was pretty much exactly how I expected it to be in this day and age. It was fast. It was... food. 12 dollars worth of calories could be better but nobody eats burger king for the taste. Read more
