Nice staff, but man? I sat in the drive-thru line for over 20 mins along with 5 other cars. Turns out there was only 2 people... working, but like still. It doesn?t take that long make drinks. And when I got to the window, it was like the dude was on drugsor something. Read more
We went through the drive thru pretty late and close to closing time. Austin was very helpful and still genuinely friendly even... though he seemed pressed in a slam. He did a great job and had great service; even though he didn't have any backup at the time,he had it handled. From what I can tell, great staff! Read more
Came here consistently since open since it was cheaper than Starbucks or Dutch Bros, but today they lost a customer. Ordered 2... fuels. Both made wrong missing flavors. Came back, they would not remake it, had to pay for a new one, and then had the nerve toask for a tip after all that. Unreal. Read more
Have loved BR for a long time and was excited to get one close to home. Coffee is great. People are awesome. 4 stars to this one... for now because I have to force my rewards on them when they should ask every time. The others tell me when I have free drinks,not this one. Read more
The wife and I waited a couple weeks for them to iron out the kinks and we are glad we did. Coffee choices were delicious,... customer service was outstanding. However, the room itself is not cozy at all. Chairs are all hard and uncomfortable. Thelighting has no ambiance and the music is a bit in your face. I get it that it's a young crew and I'm an old dog but I'd love tospend more time there but after a short while, its gets to be to much. Thanks for listening (I hope you are) Read more
A far better cup of coffee than any Starburnts can produce. Excellent options, quick and friendly service. Great coffee that... tastes like a roaster who cares about their craft, and toils to achieve that perfect balance of smokey, nutty roast. Excellentprices menu when compared to the alternative.
