Like always the food was fresh , people were friendly.
Went to Subway at 2718 W.Michigan Ave in Battle Creek,Mi and the service wasn?t good at all. People ( employees) prefer to be... outside the store, chatting and Smoking and the other employee inside rather play on his phone instead of taking care of thecustomers. They lost 4 customers an hour ago because of their selfish attitude and behavior. I won?t be going back there again. Read more

The girl that waited on me was a little disconnected from her job. I don't think she likes making sandwiches for people.
I May have come at a non typical time, but they had a door dash order and multiple online orders that were being made while in... person customers waited. The line got pretty long. Looks like they have a a separate pick up area for door dash, but requesteddressings were not included, requiring the door dash delivery person to cut in the long line to complete the order. Also aseparate pick up for online orders may help with the log jam of in person customers. Standing and waiting watching orders bemade for customers who aren't present is agrivating when it goes above 5-7 minutes. Zero complaints about the food and therestaurant was extra clean for being swamped. Read more
