Honestly... you need this in your life!! My wife and I love eating here. The food is excellent and the customer service is... great! I get the Lo Mein with beef and my wife gets the chicken curry with a side of rice. She also likes to get the Tom Yumsoup with shrimp. Not many places can do Tom Yum soup well but New Asian Taste does! Side note, my wife likes to sub out thenoodles for rice with her soup... Anyways, I highly recommend! the Malaysian noodle dish has a subtle light refreshing flavor. it could have used a little more oomph, but maybe Malaysian is... an intended to be that way. it's been years since we've had Malaysian. fried chicken wings for perfect breaded and fried wingsdelicious. we wish that they had had a Malaysian slant to them though. with some delicious Malaysian sauce, instead of the prepackaged duck sauce sugary concoction. I've been eating at New Asian Taste for nearly a year. The food is always hot. Portions plentiful. Customer service is superb... whether we dine in or carry out-courteous, attentive, accurate with the order. I've forgotten to mention special needs (allergyto shellfish), brought the food back and had the order corrected with no problem even though it was my fault. Affordable prices(I feed 5-6 people for $42.00). Varied menu not like anything else in town. I've watched them refund customers with courtesyeven when the customer displays donkey-manners (excuse me donks!) I can get food delivered when I'm too pooped to pick up. Ilove this place! Read more
It was my first time here. I tried the Singapore Fried Noodle with Chicken, and it was good but didn't get a lot of chicken in... the dish. The service was good and the waitress was very nice! I'm not sure if I will eat here again Read more
Really nice place! I had the Black Pepper Beef and it was very tasty. The heat level was about average for Michigan so I added... some chili oil and it was perfect. The owners were super nice and chatty. I travel a lot of business and I will certainly becoming back! Read more
Normally I love new Asian taste, but this time it was horrible! My order was completely wrong. I ordered beef teriyaki with... white rice double meat and extra sauce. Instead was told they were out of steak. So I ended up with burnt teriyaki chicken,extra chicken, no extra sauce, and fried rice. They did give me white rice, but next to nothing for extra sauce! Born and raised in Southern California and we are used to having a huge variety of food in each corner. I am so glad to have... found this restaurant here in Battle Creek! I?ve tried 4 different entrees and I loved them all! My favorite so far is thechicken curry. The owners are honest hardworking people who really care about the quality of the food! I would recommend thisplace to anyone! There?s not a lot of local restaurants I would recommend. If you are reading this review I highly recommendyou give it a try! You won?t regret.
