I visit the McDonald's at 1695 Michigan Avenue in Battle Creek, MI 49037 2-3 times a week with flawless drive thru service. ... Today I order my regular, 2 Sausage Biscuits with no cheese or eggs. When I drive home and get ready for breakfast, I find 2English muffins with cheese and sausage. Bad service means no food. You can't scrape off cheese and imagine it's on a bisquit. When it was convenient, I went back to McDonald's and Megan says she is the Manager and refuses to refund my $4.54. I had apicture of the food and the receipt and she blows off a great customer. I now want a refund and an apology. I can't believethat Magan is trained to be rude to a Customer with a complaint. I realize Megan and accountability is nonexistent. Mcdonaldsand Megan have failed and underestimated in dealing with this Senior Citizen. Looks like. Training opportunity for this localMcDonald's. I hope to hear from you soon. Read more
Would rate it better however they are not consistent with speed or accuracy. At times the orders are wrong and the wait is long.... When they are right and quick its good. Read more
Its 3:49pm and we came to Mcdonalds in urbendale and ordered 2 mid. Frys and 2 regualer burgers and 2 drinks. At window # 1 we... pay told them keep the nicke and no recpit thank you. Second window we pull up and this snotty younger gir came up and here yougo.. grabed th drinks and befor they could stick them in there cup olders the mcdonalds worker spoke up and said can you pull upto..... Um yeah, can u pull (looked back) somewhere i dont onow whare just.. over there (pointed) there already was a truck infront of us waiting for there food. So we pulled off to the side and it was about another 12 min befor our food came out. Not asupper big deal but the girl behind the window was vsry rud and throwing a fit. I love mcdonalds um a fat kid always have. Butshe showed no team work her job is not to give explanations or come up with a story to tell me why. But i would of like to haveseen a bigger concern on gettin a salution. I am 39 years old and today i was discussed by McDonalds i proble will go out my wayto get a fry. .. .. Read more
Asked me to pull forward because the orange juice I ordered with my meal wasn't ready. After waiting for over 10 minutes I... backed up to the window and told them they forgot it. The guy working tried to hand me a small orange juice when I ordered alarge. When I told him he was rude and said " Customer's always right" all condescendingly. I can't believe they made me pull upfor orange juice and then got rude after my food got cold waiting for them. Read more
So much for a crispy Chicken meal.. I asked for a large meal & got a medium fry???? as I hear the guy at the window say ?should... I just send it out?? & the lady in the back say ?just send it out!!? I ordered 3 McDoubles had to pull forward and wait 10 mins to only get home and the hamburger is pink. What a disappointment... smh, It may be safe to eat hamburger pink if it has reached 160 degrees however I highly doubt this one did it was barley Lukewarm my house it 2 mins from McDonald's it should have been hot.. This location usually does pretty good but, today, not so much. Today, I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal, large size.... Have a look at what I was expecting vs. what I received. Apparently, "large fry" means to put a small fry in a large frycontainer. Am I wrong for expecting what I received to at least resemble what's advertised? Read more
Bad service, how about no service. Drive through was overflowed to the street, went inside and people barely working and not... wanting to help customers. Stood there and no one wanted to take my order so I left and will not be coming back. I recommendanyone stay away unless they have 30 minutes or more to waste to get a "fast" food order. Read more
