The lady working the cash register was amazing, wish I could say the same thing about the food. This was my worst food order I... have ever had here. We spent 30 minutes in the drive thru lane, they did not even know what food was not available. My chicken was half the size as... normal plus they were burnt. Had to order side of coleslaw they was maybe 5 spoonful. I have sent back the survey and emailedtwice not a response to solve this. Will not be going back. Read more
Normally I like LJS. I live 40 miles away so when we get it it is a treat. This time it was just plain awful. They are short... staffed and are cutting more from what I was told. There was only 3 people working for the supper crowd. The counter personwould take your order and go help cook it. The fish was over cooked . You had to wait an hour and a half if you wanted hushpuppies. Needless to say unless their corporate pulls their head out of their rear ends and gets staff. I won't be going everagain. Read more

Great service, the food was hot, and the food tasted good. We had an issue with our order which we didn't realize until we got... home. The manager (Kia) took care of us the very next day. Be mindful that there might be a little of a wait; I'm guessing dueto staff shortages. The staff there handled the situation like pros. They were very observant and had great attitudes. This is the last time I will eat at LJS. I used to love their food, but today there was no fish in the breading supposed to be... fish only about of a 1/8 an inch or less of the filet inside. Waited almost fifteen minutes for it at the drive thru window. Ididn't bother to complain; I simply won't go back. Read more
