I didn't like that I was limited with the number of food selections available compared to places like Subway and you couldn't... see your sandwiches being prepared. I was really struck by that. It seemed very odd to me. This was my second visit to a JimmyJohn's and I think that it will be the last time. Unfortunately I just can't recommend them to anyone at the moment. Read more
Horrible horrible experience. We were in town for a tournament placed an order 2 days in advance and paid for it ahead of time.... Went following day (24 hrs) prior to verify everything was all set. We were feeding 40 people. 10 min before it was supposed tobe delivered I called and was told they hadn?t started order and wouldn?t have enough bread. Went there to rectify and they weretaking walk in orders but couldn?t fill my prepaid order. Would never recommend them ever!! Very very disappointing. Great place for sandwiches excellent customer service very helpful and patient I think it's so cool it use to be a bank love how... you can customize your subs however would of been super cool if in the drive thru you could get smaller subs through the tubesfrom the bank haha!
