The food was fresh and tasty. Great customer service, friendly staff. The ordering process was easy since they had an employee... standing in the parking taking your order before you even reached the drive through speaker. This really reduced your wait timein line. Read more

Sad to say the customer service at this Culver's is the worst out of any I've been to in the country and I have been through... many in my travels for work frequently across 48 states over the last several years. I stopped here today and asked for acomplementary "pup" cup today for my doggie companion as I often do. I was charged an additional single scoop fee for therequest. NEVER at any location have I been charged. I politely asked why I was charged and told the cashier it was for my dog. Iwas informed it is the location policy to charge. So there it is folks. This location doesn't care about the little things thatmake the other Culver's locations stand above other fast food chains. Read more
