I freakin love biggby. Their coffee is so good anf it gives you energy in the best way. It doesn't give you like a head achey... nasty feeling energy. The only thing that turns me off is the price. I wish it was a little cheaper! Read more

I visit the Pennfield Cube several times a week. Staff is always friendly, drinks are delicious. Today, however, was not the... case. Drink tastes more watery than ever before (mocha). And no thank you for the tip. I always give nearly a dollar tip for myorder. Very disappointing today. Read more

I love BIGGBY and I frequent multiple different locations often since I have family all over in Michigan. This is by far the... SLOWEST location I?ve ever been to. Today I waited behind 5 cars for 25 minutes and when I got to the window my order hadn?teven been started yet. Yes I was given a BOGO deal even though it was already BOGO with coupon. It doesn?t matter how manycustomers are there and how many employees are there. I?ve never waited less than 15 minutes. That includes the time I only hadone car in front of me and it took 3 minutes to ask for my order. There were 3 employees inside and the one customer in front ofme only ordered one drink. Half the time they are very nice but there are definitely times attitudes could be adjusted. I getthat there are stressful days but don?t take it out on me and then ask me to leave a tip on top of it. I normally do leave a tipbut it?s harder for me to be okay with it when I?m treated rudely. I typically like Biggby. The drinks are tasty, and the service is friendly. I'd give them 5 stars, but I don't think a place... like this should be asking for tips. The do not receive servers wages, and tips should be given for exceptional service. Whenyou ask for a tip before receiving service it makes you question if the service you are receiving is not as good as it couldhave been if you had tipped in the first place. They should not ask for payment until after the drinks are made if there isgoing to be a tip requested. Read more
Last few times I've been here have been horrible..... Usually Courtney And the girls take care of me but all the new staff is... constantly putting different flavors that you don't ask for in your drink like peppermint in a mocha carmel... Then when Iconfronted the employee about it he got irate and started kicking boxes around the store like a little kid screaming and yellingI brought it to the manager's attention nothing has been done...
