This bagel has just the sweat of cream cheese on it. I?ve never said, ?the sweat of cream cheese,? ever before in my life but... this seems like the right time. Ordered two coffees and both were about an inch and a half below full.
it is so hit or miss I suspect me. There is no consistency and drink quality or customer service. they?ll take your Biggby card... but then hand your credit card back to you and make you do it yourself. I gave a past review and I regret it! I talked about the music being loud, but I'm sure if I had asked, the staff would have... gladly turned it down. I'm very sorry for the past review and have felt bad ever since! I would have taken it down, but didn'tknow how! This is a clean, friendly and delightful place to come! Consistently the worst experience I have at any Bigby. Finally posting a review because the last time I was there was a... ridiculously poor experience. I ordered a bagel sandwich (Turkey Havarti on everything, which is part of my usual order when Igo to any bigby). They gave me a bagel with a cold piece of cheese. I went back inside to ask them to fix it and they laughed,tossed some turkey on it and handed it back to me (all done without gloves). On this same trip I also ordered a cafe au lait(again, my typical order). This is supposed to be a coffee with steamed milk. They gave me coffee with cream, and charged me forthe au lait (which is more expensive). I've never had a good experience at this bigby, but have given it plenty of chances sinceit is the closest to my house. After this experience, I'll just go somewhere else. Read more

That was Easter morning in Manistee National Forest. Coffee is real good for Sunday drives from Battle Creek MI. Battle Creek... has top of the line destinstions only a couple of hours away. I like the biggby coffee shops up north. They are sll good. Read more
