This location is probably the worst. The kitchen area is beyond filthy. No ice, barely any napkins, and to top it off, there... were 5 employees behind the counter( 3 of them doing nothing) but took 5 minutes for me to be acknowledged. Read more

This was the worst service ever! The order was wrong and the cashier was rude! I placed a order online at 7:45 and did not walk... out with my food until 8:51. Luckily I got an online receipt because when I got there I had to write my order out and waitanother hour. When I went to get my drink I got some ice and the machine was shooting black particles in my cup so clearly theydidn?t clean the machine. The cashier was ridiculous, rude, and incompetent. There wasn't an option to give no stars. Please do not eat from here. I ordered some wings from here maybe a month ago and went... in to pick them up. I had to wait for 15-20 minutes for my order after placing it online 20 minutes prior(this didn't reallybother me because I know sometimes things happen, and the front worker was great). SO my food finally comes and I am waitingbehind a couple of people to fix my drink and I am just looking around. I look to my left and I see roaches crawling all overthe glass that separates the prep station where they plate/bag your food and the lobby. So I filled out the review form thatthey send you the same day and no one has ever reached out to me and they have yet to close and properly clean the place. Not tomention I let them know a couple weeks prior to this I bought my 8 yr old niece food from there and the next day she couldn'tstop vomiting. I ended up taking her into the urgent care where she tested negative for everything and the doctor said it wasprobably what she ate. She couldn't keep anything down for 4 days. Read more
Love the food here! The garlic parm and lemon pepper rubs are the best... ???? Fries could be cooked a bit crispier, perhaps a... longer cook time is necessary? That being said, make sure to order well in advance. It typically takes about 35 - 40 minutes,if not longer, to receive your food when picking up. The employee at the counter kindly offered myself and others a free sodawhile we waited for our food today, which I greatly appreciate! If it weren't for the slow service, I think this location couldbe rated much higher. It appears as if they don't begin your pick up order until you come in to ask for it. Pretty popular place for wings in town they have all different kind of flavors. Pros: They are pretty popular with wings. They... are fast because they have many employees and you can get your wings ahead of time through to go order and call in and Mobile.The food is always hot and fresh. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Today, I ordered two of the same exact orders. Once I made it home (30 minutes out)... I anxiously opened my bag wanting to eat my wings. Well, to my surprise there was only one order of wings and two orders offries. I called and spoke to the lady (I believe Macy is her name). that was at the counter who stated she was a new managerbut would allow me to speak with her GM. She came back to the phone instead of the GM and told me she would apply a refund sinceI lived so far away and didn?t want to come back for my wings. She made very light of the inconvenience and I let her know asorry was acceptable but an action of a comp meal would speak louder. She told me that?s not the way they do things. I wanted mywings and not my money back but she didn?t care about inconveniencing me. It has been long time since my family and I have beento this location because something always going wrong.
