Used to be good and fairly fast. Tonight, after we already paid, we ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our order. It wasnt... that big or special either. I could've gone grocery shopping then gone home and cooked for myself alot faster than this! Iwon't ever make the mistake of going there again. If you don't have enough workers then close or at least warn people beforethey pay that the wait is over 30 minutes!!! Read more

I really love Wendy's food overall but this particular location is just THE worst. In the many times I have gone here, I tried... different times of the day, I tried ordering ahead on the app, I tried the drive-thru, and have I tried delivery but not onetime, I mean not one time has my food been good nor has my order been completely correct. I am just tired ???? and over itbecause when you go to tell them, no matter how nice you are or how patient, all you get is nasty attitude. I have just resolvedto never ever eat from this place again. It us just not worth it. ???? And again....I absolutely love Wendy's. It is verydisheartening that I can't frequent the establishment right up from my home. It would be much more convenient than driving 7-10miles just to get food from Wendy's on Essen Lane. #Ridiculous Read more

Girl with braids (manager? She had a grey shirt) at 1ish on Oct 19th, 2022 was extremely rude when asked a simple question. Hate... your job? Quit. We got much better service at Zaxby?s after leaving. Read more

Just stopped in for dinner. The drive thru menu and order sign had no lights. There were lights on inside. I drove around to the... window. A giggling couple came to the window. I asked if they were open. They were but would not take my order at the window.Said I had to drive around again. I drove off. If your evening revenue is down, look at your staff. Turning on the menu lightswould help. Read more

Broken drive-thru, that I'm sure loses this place tons of money because people just think it's closed. Why would you be so... cheap you just leave money and business on the table like that? When you do actually order, they're out of everything thatisn't a standard burger and fries. Cool, I just leave and go to another restaurant down the street. What a way to run abusiness. Good job. It just gets worse each time I go. I guess the fries are not guaranteed crisp anymore. The fries were so soft that they took the... shape of the container when I poured them out. The patties had absolutely no taste it all and really wasn't cooked all the waythrough. This is what I waited 10 minutes for. Thanks Wendy for giving me this bad experience. You're a close 2nd withMcDonald's...and not in a good way. Read more

Only been once so far but it was really fresh, and put together well. My Jr Bacon Cheeseburger was picture perfect
