Our waitress was a 17 year veteran in the glorious service of staving off starvation through the ideal means of the scattered,... smothered, and covered. She readily connected to my additional directive, scattered, smothered, covered, and BURNT. My hashbrowns came out extra crispy, as God intended, without need of additional explanation. The waitress was super nice. I ordered my eggs over easy and they arrived half raw and cold (when I cut into them the white and... yolks ran all over the plate). The waffles shrank in size but it was served perfect and hot. Other than that all was good . Read more
Service is substandard, but food is good and reasonable. I've dined in about 10 times in the last few months. Always the same.... One easy fix would be to greet the customers with coffee/water while they wait. Read more
We well first off they're not 24 hours being that they are closed for over an hour for temporary sanitation (especially when you... would think that they were being sanitary the entire day and cleaning and sanitizing things down as they go along) at from 3:00a.m. to almost 4:30 a.m. and the kicker is they look at the people walk up to the door and they laugh especially the lady withthe red hair because that just happened to me within the last 5 minutes so it's pretty perturbing that an establishment thatstates they are open for 24 hours is technically not open for 24 hours and if they are not open for 24 hours they should updatetheir Google information with the correct information and put that they're closed from 3:00 to 4:30 thanks. Lots of issues with communication and food quality. I've had sour milk served to me on 3 separate occasions. I hope some day... things are turned around here. Worst Waffle House probably alt in the whole chain. These guys and gals are lazy, not driven, and refuse to actually work. If I... owned this Waffle House. The whole staff would be out of a job and it would feel great to tell them that. They think their toogood to answer the phone for some reason.
