Stopped here for breakfast while visiting my sister, and I'm pretty sure we'll go back every morning I'm here. The clerk told us... all about the menu when we said it was our first time. Most of their foods incorporate their super yummy kolache dough, soexpect a carby experience. I tried the shrimp empanada (more like a calzone, really) and the spicy smoked sausage kolache andenjoyed both. Sister got a spinach rancheros (more like a stuffed doughball) and an apple/cream cheese kolache (kind of like astuffed doughnut). We took more home for the brother in law. The place had consistent traffic between the drive through andwhat looked like pretty big to-go orders, and the full menu was available when we showed up at 7am. Yesterday I had a Grilled Four Cheezy with BBQ Brisket and it was the best! It felt like every bite just melted in my mouth and... I can?t forget about the amazing customer service. Kolache Kitchen has the best service and food in town. The Kolache club is amazing along with the Cuban. The Kolaches are always... fresh and very good. Kolache Kitchen on Airline has the tastiest and freshest breakfast and lunch I ever had. When you walk inside their place of... business you are treated with great respect. Once the staff know your name they will greet you by name and make you feel evenmore welcome than before. There?s no faking it there. All the staff is so nice and genuine. Fantastic concept with seemingly unlimited options from snack size items to options that will feed any size party. Their ... service is genuine and they really do care about giving us the best experience. Their food is baked fresh every day and tacosand sandwiches are made to order. ?Highly disappointed? doesn?t begin to describe my feelings with this place. I ordered 2 Spicy smoke sausage and cheese... kolaches. My total came to $7.15. It literally was 85% kolache and 15% meat & cheese. The meat was so nonexistent that itliterally was the size of breakfast sausage links. The only way to determine there was cheese in it was from the yellowishinside. The greenery looked like broccoli. They were was so flavorless and I expected more. Just so you know I?m notexaggerating I attached a photo. Yes, the actual kolache is the star but if you?re going to be that skimpy with the insideingredients simply don?t offer them. Read more

Decent place. The kolaches were good but I thought they would be bigger. The steak and egg taco was good and I believe it was... real eggs, not powdered eggs. Would probably need 5 kolaches for breakfast. People working were very nice and friendly. Havediet Dr Pepper in fountain. Will try them for lunch soon. Read more
