Stopped here for breakfast while visiting my sister, and I'm pretty sure we'll go back every morning I'm here. The clerk told us... all about the menu when we said it was our first time. Most of their foods incorporate their super yummy kolache dough, soexpect a carby experience. I tried the shrimp empanada (more like a calzone, really) and the spicy smoked sausage kolache andenjoyed both. Sister got a spinach rancheros (more like a stuffed doughball) and an apple/cream cheese kolache (kind of like astuffed doughnut). We took more home for the brother in law. The place had consistent traffic between the drive through andwhat looked like pretty big to-go orders, and the full menu was available when we showed up at 7am. Yesterday I had a Grilled Four Cheezy with BBQ Brisket and it was the best! It felt like every bite just melted in my mouth and... I can?t forget about the amazing customer service. Kolache Kitchen has the best service and food in town. The Kolache club is amazing along with the Cuban. The Kolaches are always... fresh and very good. Kolache Kitchen on Airline has the tastiest and freshest breakfast and lunch I ever had. When you walk inside their place of... business you are treated with great respect. Once the staff know your name they will greet you by name and make you feel evenmore welcome than before. There?s no faking it there. All the staff is so nice and genuine.
