Burt and Sade? were both lovely. Burt was very prompt with making sure all of our needs or concerns were met, and was very... courteous. Sade? was an amazing waitress. Her personality was charming, and her compassion shone through the entire night! Herservice was very prompt, and truly have no complaints. I loved everything about the evening here. The ambiance, people, and foodwere amazing. Highly recommend the espresso martini to anyone who visits! Read more

Inside the Watermark Hotel. A bit pretentious but not without charm. The draft beer selection was surprisingly down to earth but... the vegetarian options were scarce (I had googled a vegetarian restaurant). I didn't want to stuff myself with a cream raviolidish for dinner and settled for a house salad and a forage flatbread. The salad came in an incredibly nice earthenware, was initself good but drenched in vinaigrette with an acidity that was too harsh and did not leave space for the taste of theveggies. The foraged flat was advertised as containing locally farmed mushrooms and I was looking forward to tasting earthiness. What I received was well meant but poorly executed. The mushrooms came mixed with whole, softened cloves of garlic, blue cheese, way too much salt, and a healthy helping of honey. I did not taste mushrooms at all. I ate half of the flatbread and picked somemushrooms bits from the second half that turned out to be good as far as I could tell under salt and honey. Staff was good. Read more

My husband and I stayed at the Watermark for an overnight stay. We ordered desserts around 8pm and walked down from the room to... pick up. We got the Banana Foster Bread Pudding and Turtle Cheesecake. Hands down the best sweets I have ever had!!!! Each bitewas heavenly. I live in Denham Springs but would drive to Baton Rouge for the bread pudding and cheesecake alone!!!! Read more

We stayed at the Watermark about a month ago. We ate at The Gregory several times over the weekend. Outstanding, lovely and... convenient. Taylor was our waitstaff person and she?s mostly the reason for our five star review. What a lovely light andauthentic human being. She?s in college and such a hard worker. We know she has an amazing future ahead of her and we?re gladwe met her. ???? Read more

Very good food and service. Be careful about ordering shrimp poboy with an appetizer. The po'boy is very decent size and is... enough by itself. Read more

This is a restaurant in the Marriott. The menu is outdated, so if you had picked something online to come in for, chances are... they won't have it. Place was almost empty, but service was good. Our dessert was overdone, but the server quickly remedied thesituation and took it off the check. Food was just ok. I would not frequent it but it's good for a visit while in town. Read more
