Walked up to grab a sandwich just now waiting for tires to get changed in Walmart. Ordered through grubhub. Got a chicken bacon ranch salad with black olives and guacamole, chips, and a water. Order showed up... with no chips. No guacamole or black olives on the salad and bacon wasn't cooked. Total that I was charged was more than whatthe app said it would be. Tried to call their number, out of service. On 7-26-22 I visited the college drive Subway sandwich shop in Baton Rouge Louisiana. The woman waiting on me was wearing... earbuds and was having a conversation with someone on her cell phone sticking out of her back pocket. I could not tell if shewas talking to me or to the person on her phone conversation. When she spoke to me and asked a question I would start to answerher question only for her to interrupt me while talking to her telephone conversation. This and other very disconcertingVersions over interruptions continued throughout the entire interaction with her. It is difficult to express how rude anddistasteful this experience actually was. To the manager and owner I say to you, you need to hire people with manners and enoughintelligence to know the difference between right and wrong. I am a business owner also and I understand the difficulties. Thisis an age old problem, this is nothing new in dealing with human beings.
